The world of stained glass and painting under glass is presented in a brief overview of their techniques, historical development, variety and richness, through selected examples. This will arouse curiosity, whet the appetite and make you want to extend your visit to discover other jewels in the museum.

The guide offers a panorama of the art of stained glass and painting under glass through a selection of works on display. The manufacturing processes are presented in the workshop, the historical evolution and the particularities of creation with glass are revealed by the works of the permanent and temporary exhibitions.

The In Depth tour offers an overview of the art of stained glass and glass painting. However, themes that were only touched upon during the First impressions and Panorama tours can now be developed, taking into account the particular interests and desires of the group. More works are commented on, revealing the infinite riches of the world of glass art. A short break is offered halfway through the tour, allowing the group to enjoy the beautiful orangery.

You can also reserve one of our guides to lead you round a tour of the various churches and chapels in the area fitted with impressive contemporary stained glass.
